Fall brings pumpkin spice lattes and pumpkin pie, but there's another pumpkin dish you can make year-round. Pumpkin bread may be the best autumn treat.
Ingredient
– 1 ½ cups flour– 1 teaspoon baking soda– ½ teaspoon baking powder– ½ teaspoon salt– ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg– ¼ teaspoon ground clove– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon– 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened– 1 ½ cups sugar– 2 egg– 15 ounces canned pumpkin purée
Direction
Preheat oven to 350 F and line a 9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving the paper overhanging to remove the bread.

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon in a large basin.

Mix softened butter and sugar in a stand mixer basin using the paddle attachment.

Add eggs and pumpkin and mix. Mix wet and dry components.

Bake the batter in the loaf pan for 1 hour. After removing loaf pan parchment, cool on wire rack for 15 minutes before slicing.
