– 1 cup unsweetened applesauce– ⅓ cup creamy almond butter– 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey– ½ teaspoon almond extract– 1 ½ cup oat– ½ teaspoon cinnamon– ¼ teaspoon baking powder– ¼ teaspoon baking soda– ¼ teaspoon sea salt– 2 tablespoons almond flour– ½ cup raisin

Warm the oven up to 350 F and put parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Apple sauce, almond butter, maple syrup, and almond flavour should all be mixed together.

Mix in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, soda, and salt.Fold in almond flour, then raisins.

Spread out 15 cookies, each about ¼ cup in size, on the baking sheet.

Press down on each cookie to make it a little flatter.It takes 10 to 12 minutes to bake the cookies.

After the cookies have cooled, remove them from the pan and set them aside.

Cool cookies and store in an airtight jar at room temperature for 3 days or in the fridge for 1 week.
