Apple Fritter Bread Recipe

Soft, moist, tasty apple fritter bread with brown sugar cinnamon apples. Each bite of spiced apple fritter on apple toast has warm, caramelized apple bits.

Heat oven to 350 F (170 C). Prepare a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving two sides overhanging.

Dice apples into ½ inch pieces after peeling and coring. Stir the apples in a bowl with light brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger or nutmeg until coated.

Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt thoroughly in a sizable bowl.

Beat the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until frothy and light. At medium pace, this takes roughly two to three minutes.

Mix half of the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then add the milk and the remaining dry components.

Fill the prepared pan with the cinnamon apple bread batter, spreading it evenly. Apply the saved apple fritter topping on top.

Cool the cake in the loaf pan for 15 minutes. Lift the bread off the pan with the parchment sling. Cool thoroughly before adding vanilla bean glaze.

In a bowl, blend powdered sugar, vanilla bean paste, and milk to your preferred consistency. Drizzle over cooled apple fritter loaf, slice, and enjoy!
